Militant activity declined by 31%, from 58 to 40 attacks, with the daily average falling by 21%; however, fatalities rose from 29 to 32, mainly due to civilian deaths increasing from 14 to 27, while security forces fatalities fell from 11 to five. Injuries declined from 47 to 28. Balochistan remained the main theatre with 23 attacks, 24 civilian fatalities and 12 kidnappings, while FATA recorded 11 attacks, seven deaths and four kidnappings. KP saw the sharpest decline, from 16 to five attacks and seven to one fatality, although injuries increased to 13; Punjab reported no activity and Sindh one attack without fatalities.

Security forces conducted 10 operations, killing 20 militants without reported casualties among security forces, RZ/PGR members or civilians and without arrests. KP accounted for four operations and six militant deaths, Balochistan three and nine deaths, and FATA three and five deaths, making Balochistan the most lethal operational theatre. Compared with 15 operations and 46 militant fatalities in the previous period, the current pattern indicates a shift towards fewer but geographically focused kinetic actions, while the absence of arrests suggests greater reliance on targeted operations.
