PICSS subscriptions are time-based access entitlements. This policy explains validity, expiry, renewal reminders and the relationship between subscriptions and individual-report access.
1. Validity period
Each subscription has a recorded start date and expiry date. Access remains available while the subscription is active, subject to the Terms of Access.
2. Independent plans
A My PICSS Account may hold more than one plan. Weekly Insight, Monthly Insight and other plans can have different dates and expire independently. Expiry of one plan does not remove a separate active entitlement.
3. Renewal reminders
PICSS may send service reminders before expiry. The current system is designed to send reminders around 30 days, 7 days and 1 day before expiry and may send a follow-up after expiry. Delivery timing can vary because of email or technical conditions.
4. Automatic renewal
A subscription renews automatically only if the checkout explicitly states that recurring charging is supported, the subscriber has selected it and the payment provider successfully processes the renewal. Bank-transfer subscriptions and other payment methods without recurring-charge support do not renew automatically.
5. Manual renewal
Where automatic renewal is unavailable, the subscriber can select a new access period and complete a new card payment, bank transfer or invoice process. A renewal of the same active plan may be scheduled to continue after the existing validity period rather than replacing time already paid for.
6. Expiry
When a subscription expires, its related subscription entitlements are removed. The subscriber can still sign in to My PICSS Account and can renew at any time.
7. Individual reports after expiry
An individual-report grant is separate from a broader subscription. Expiry of Weekly, Monthly or another plan does not remove an individual report that was separately obtained, unless that report was sold with an explicit time limit or access is withdrawn under the Terms of Access.
8. Changes to plans
PICSS may revise plan names, contribution levels, included products, discounts or future subscription structures. Changes do not normally shorten an already activated paid validity period.
